Crab Cakes- 20 Count

We use Massachusetts sourced Jonah Crab meat for our signature crab cakes. Jonah crab is sweet, tender and delicate in flavor- a New England delicacy. Our crab cakes are kept simple with real ingredients and formed in small batches by hand with care. Crab Cakes- 2 Count. Fully cooked, vacuum sealed and frozen. 

Cooking Instructions - 

Thaw crab cakes in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours prior to cooking. Do not thaw at room temperature. Since appliance performance can vary, adjust cooking times as needed. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

Pan-Frying: 

  • Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Lightly grease the pan with butter or cooking oil.
  • Place the crab cakes in the preheated pan.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Baking: 
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the crab cakes on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (74°C).

Cooking Instructions -

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the stuffed clams on a baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter for a golden brown color (optional).
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (63°C).

From Frozen: 

  • Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (63°C).

Hand made on the Boston Fish Pier our burgers are blended with fresh ingredients to compliment the natural flavor of our fish, not mask it. Our recipe was first created at our retail location in downtown Boston and quickly became a menu staple since 2015! 2 count - raw, vacuum sealed and frozen. 

Cooking Instructions - 

Thaw salmon burgers in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours prior to cooking. Do not thaw at room temperature. Since appliance performance and product thickness can vary, adjust cooking times as needed. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

Pan-Frying: 

  • Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Lightly grease the pan with cooking oil or non-stick spray.
  • Place the salmon burgers in the preheated pan.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the burgers are opaque throughout.

Baking: 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the burgers are opaque throughout.

Locally caught flaky white fish such as Haddock, Cod, Hake, Pollock and Cusk are used depending on what our local fleet is catching. Perfect as both an appetizer or entree, our fish cakes offer versatility for every meal.

Cooking Instructions -

From Thawed - Pan Fry:

  • Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium/low heat.
  • Lightly grease the pan with cooking oil or butter.
  • Place the fish cakes in the preheated pan.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)

From Frozen - Bake:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
    Place the fish cakes on a baking sheet.
    Bake for 20 minutes, turn over, and bake for another 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F (74°C).
