Gulf of Maine Atlantic Salmon
Salmon remains a fan favorite for its versatility and health benefits. Harvested 40 miles east in the Bay of Fundy, Red's Best salmon swim in an ocean-based aquaculture habitat. Cape Cod Sea Scallops
Nothing compares to dry sea scallops. The texture is buttery and firm with a rich and sweet ocean flavor. Available year-round, sea scallops are a low-fat source of protein and B vitamins.

Grey sole, also known as witch flounder, is caught in New England throughout the year. This is a great fish that is underutilized and underappreciated. It is easy to cook and is a secret favorite of people who live near the docks.

A delicacy in many countries, skate is a protein rich food low in cholesterol, sodium and fats. With a mild, ocean flavor and texture similar to a scallop, skate is traditionally pan fried in brown butter served and capers. 1 portion is 16 oz (1 lb). We recommend 8 oz per person.
Scup are caught in the Northwest Atlantic Ocean, primarily between Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.
These pan-fish have a light, sweet flavor and are perfect for whole-frying. Order quantity for this product is for a whole fish (an order quantity of 2 is for 2 whole scup). We recommend 1 scup per person.

Atlantic Bluefin Tuna
Wild-caught Atlantic bluefin tuna caught off the coast of New England. Used primarily for sushi and sashimi, bluefin can also be seared to medium rare.
Marinate the tuna streaks and sear for 1 minute per side. Serve with soy sauce on the side. 1 portion is 16 oz (1 lb).
Littleneck Clams (50 Count)
Littlenecks are a seafood favorite typically eaten raw like an oyster. Great steamed in pasta dishes. One portion is 50 clams.
Wild Maine Mussels (5 Pounds)
Wild mussels harvested at the elbow of Cape Cod in Chatham, MA. They have an elongated and asymmetrical shell that contains a small tender meat with a sweet flavor profile.
Steam open in butter, white wine and garlic. Serve with a crostini. One portion is 5 pounds. Perfect and easy appetizer or meal for 3-4 people.

- One pound local white fish (past selections include Haddock, Hake, or Cod)
-One pound creative New England species (past selections include Skate Wings, Dabs, Winter Flounder)
-One pound "pop", which is a higher end fish (past selections include Scallops, Salmon, Black Sea Bass)
