We aggregate catches, networking small boats to form a large market presence, leveling the global playing field. We sustain the livelihoods of American fishermen while sustaining fisheries for harvest. Red’s Best connects you to your fishermen and tells the story of every catch.
Massachusetts Oyster Sampler

Nothing compares to fresh dry sea scallops from New England. The texture is buttery and firm with a rich and sweet ocean flavor. Sashimi grade. Available year-round, sea scallops are a low-fat source of protein and B vitamins.

Our Atlantic Salmon is a farmed species from the Gulf of Maine and incredibly fresh. We fillet each fish in-house in Boston by hand and it is shipped fresh overnight to your door.
One package contains a one pound filet of Atlantic salmon. Serving size per person approximately 8 ounces.
