Halibut is highly prized for its large buttery flakes and mild, sweet taste. With a delicate flavor, it naturally pairs well with bright, bold sauces and Mediterranean flavors. 1 portion is approx. 16 oz (1 lb). We recommend 8 oz per person.  This product is 10 individually packed 1 lb. fillets.

Did You Know - U.S. wild caught from Connecticut to Maine and up through Canada, Atlantic Halibut is the largest species of flatfish in the world and one of the largest fish in the Gulf of Maine. The fillet is thicker than cod and when uncooked the flesh is white and almost translucent. When cooked, the meat is bright white. Halibut was named MSC certified as sustainable in 2013.

Peak Freshness - Fish is high tech flash frozen and vacuum sealed at peak freshness from the ocean. Seafood is delivered to your door moderately thawed on dry ice and may be put either directly into your freezer to keep at restaurant quality for up to 9 months, or thaw under refrigeration prior to cooking. Product has 4 day refrigerated shelf life.

Lobster tails harvested from the cold waters of New England. Each pack has 2 tails weighing a total of 0.5-0.65 lbs (each tail weighs around 4oz).
