U10 Sea Scallops are the largest commercial sea scallops harvested in New England. The “U10” designation means on average there is 10 scallops per pound, making them significantly larger than typical sea scallops. These impressive scallops create an incredible plate presentation and deliver a thick, buttery bite that chefs prize. Less than 4% of all local sea scallops harvested reach U10 size, making them a rare luxury from our regional fishery.
