Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS using the following methods:

We ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Orders placed after 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Packaging & Freshness

Every order is packed using insulated, curbside recyclable materials and ample dry ice to maintain a safe temperature throughout transit. Some products may arrive partially thawed, especially during warmer weather. If your seafood is still cold upon arrival, it is safe to refrigerate or refreeze.

While delays are rare, if UPS experiences any issues delivering your order, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Due to the costs imposed by California regulations, we do not currently ship to California.
