1.) Thaw poke packs in the refrigerator overnight.

We've done the work cutting the fish for you, now it's just time to assemble! 

1.) Thaw poke packs in the refrigerator overnight. 
2.) Pat cubes dry on a paper towel removing excess moisture. 
3.) Add fish into a small serving bowl.
4.) Stir in 4 oz of poke sauce tossing to coat the fish well. 
5.) Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. 

Serve alongside bowls of cooked sushi rice, tortilla chips, mixed greens, sliced cucumbers, sliced avocado, scallions, shaved carrots, shaved radish, cilantro, remaining poke sauce, cubed pineapple, edamame and any other favorites. Meticulously cleaned, and hand cut into the perfect portion and shape. Using advanced freezer technology, all fish and shellfish is super-frozen to temperatures below -61 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 24 hours. This process is necessary to reduce the risk of consuming raw, wild seafood. Our commercial super freezer accelerates the freezing process, and preserves the texture of the proteins by reducing expansion of water molecules within the flesh.
