$27.00

Also known as Knobby Whelk, the meat from these sea snails is dark and has a clam-like flavor, but is stronger and less sweet. Use in any recipe that calls for Queen Conch (Caribbean species), fritters or scungilli salad. The meat is cooked, be we do recommend simmering in salted water to further tenderize and smooth out the flavor.

Easy Seafood Recipe - Try a chilled scungilli salad using simmered and cooled conch meat sliced thin, red onion, shaved fennel, olives, fresh herbs, oil, salt and pepper.
