A meaty, moist and flavorful favorite with a moderate oil content ideal for grilling, broiling and pan roasting. 1 portion is approx. 16 oz (1 lb). We recommend 8 oz per person.
Easy Seafood Recipes - Swordfish holds up to strong flavors, seasonings and marinades. Excellent for fish kebobs! Cube swordfish and toss in oil, salt, pepper and jerk seasoning. Did You Know - Swordfish, landed year round with peaks from June through October, are offloaded up and down the Atlantic Coast as the boats follow these highly migratory fish. During the winter months these fish, and the boats, move South and the supply is limited in New England.

Seafood is delivered to your door moderately thawed on dry ice may be put directly into your freezer to keep at restaurant quality for up to nine months, or thaw under refrigeration prior to cooking. Product has four day refrigerated shelf life.
