Firm and lean with a mild delicate flavor profile, black sea bass has a tender, flaky texture best roasted, broiled or pan seared to get a crispy skin. 1 portion is approx. 16 oz (1 lb). We recommend 8 oz per person. This item is 10 individually packed 1 lb, fillets.

Easy Seafood Recipes - Salt and pepper. Pan sear skin side down in oil or butter and finish in a 375° oven for 3 minutes or until just cooked through. Finish with lemon. For more inspiration, try Crispy Skinned Fish with Herb Sauce or Crispy Black Sea Bass with Asparagus.
