Red's Best Frozen Collection was inspired by the success of our pre-sealed farmer's market packs over a decade ago. Now, we fillet, vacuum seal and freeze fresh fish in packs using state of the art freezer technology. Freezing proteins is something that makes sense for obvious reasons - quality, extended shelf life and convenience. Freezing fish also means fishermen can earn a living and we all have access to pristine, abundant seafood in our freezers year round.
