Firm and lean with a mild delicate flavor profile, black sea bass is a tender flaky white fish. Black Sea Bass can be found up and down the Atlantic Coast. A brilliant blue color in the sea, Black Sea Bass loses it's color and turns to an iridescent black when it comes out of the water.
Keep it simple with black sea bass, stay away from strong herbs or spices which might overwhelm this tender fish. Skin is edible and delicious when roasted or pan seared!
