3 different types of wild-caught Atlantic tuna caught off the coast of New England. Used primarily for sushi and sashimi, tuna can also be seared to medium rare. This sampler contains one pound of bluefin, one pound of yellowfin and one pound of bigeye tuna, 3 pounds total.
Marinate the tuna streaks and sear for 1 minute per side. Serve with soy sauce on the side.
